Signal spheres for high tension lines

PRODUCT
Our signal buoys are fiberglass and polyester resin spheres that in the field provides the visibility to effectively locate aerial high tension lines. Being installed in systems near hospitals, military zones, irrigation zones, airports and zones with aerial traffic they provide an excellent visual help avoiding potential accidents of airplanes and helicopters maneuvering, preserving in this way the operation of the system and the integrity of the people in the aircrafts.

The signal buoys BOYADRIEL fulfill, in the fiberglass presentation, the official National Utility's (CFE) standard (CFE-2P000-96) .

GALADRIEL is working together with LAPEM (National Utility's Laboratory) in the elaboration of the new standard related with Aluminum and Fiberglass signal buoys.

CHARACTERISTICS
The GALADRIEL Signal Buoys have many improvements related with design and manufacture to provide a better function in field.
... They are highly reflective because the surface is completely flat and the construction materials provides protection against sun degradation.
... Buoys are adaptable to any kind of wire and they are easy to install with only two wrenches (1/2" and 1/4")
... Optimum quality of these buoys is based on the excellent resistance to ageing because they are assembled with aluminum parts and galvanized bolts.
... The spherical body of the buoy has high mechanical resistance due to the combination of internal aluminum and plastic reinforcements in contrast with his very low weight. His draining system maintains the low weight even when rains avoiding water accumulation inside the buoy.
